I try and take CrossFit seriously as a sport. Then I watch them run, bike or swim and do the silly fish flop pull-ups and I just can’t. Lol poor things 😂
yea if u look at crossfitters, theyre bunch of fit athletes but i just dont understand about the pull-ups. definitely not hating, but just curious of its benefits😂

I can only laugh at anyone who does CrossFit. They're so hardcore about it butthe fact that they're doing CrossFit means that you _know_ they've never cracked open an exercise physiology textbook before, because nobody who understands the _actual_ science of exercise and fitness does CrossFit.

@@domeland2835 I did competitive boxing and gymnastics, Crossfit doesn't make any sense from excersise selection ore programing, in competitive Crossfit they all on drugs and promoting it as fittest people on earth which is bs
@@laimismalp5049 I box to and I give the edge to boxing but slightly. I’ve had some amazing cross fit style workouts. I agree some of the lifts in cross fit games may not make sense but it’s also a relatively new sport. As far as drugs goes, to compete at the highest level I know they do testing. With that being said I’m sure there are ways to get around it but I just don’t think the drug use is as common and glorified as your making it seem

Why the ink? She has no history good or bad where inking is needed. Why does the 20-40 crowd think ink says anything , personally or publicly about their life. That crowd is the most unacomplished segment in society ever in history . if you didn't serve in the Armed forces overseas which applies only to Men ( Women overseas don't count ) or inking a worthy cause like a child with CF, CP etc because that mom has seen far worst then this roidal crossfit wimp.
