Press Your Luck, and technically Press Your Luck Whammy Riches is a really fun slot where you win by landing 3 or more of the same symbol on adjacent reels from left to right, starting with the leftmost reel. To help, wild symbols may land on reels 2, 3 and 4 and when they do, they are transformed into 2x, 3x or 4x multipliers for up to a 64x multiplier win! There are also 3 special features in this game:
On any losing base game spin that does not initiate a primary bonus where at least one Whammy symbol lands, the Whammy Wheel Bonus may initiate for one spin of the Whammy Wheel for a Progressive award. Certain progressives may award an additional spin after but your maximum number of spins will be two. Additionally, the wheel may nudge to improve your Progressive award!
Landing Press Your Luck Bonus symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 will initiate the Press Your Luck Bonus where you are awarded 5 initial spins where 16 individual reels will spin and when prizes land, they lock for the remainder of the bonus. Additional spins can be awarded and certain Progressives can land in a locked state where Filling the Screen will unlock them and conclude your bonus, as you will see!
The Big Bucks Bonus is initiated by landing bonus symbols on reels 1 and 3 and the special Big Bucks symbol on reel 5 for one spin of the Big Bucks wheel for a chance at a Big Win or Huge Win!

right? this machine is amazing. now they just need to come out with a machine with a true to life big board bonus, where instead of the whammy being a good thing, they’re their for what it’s meant to do, run away with the bucks you have. I’d say if they could do the big board bonus like the show, if it’s a community, you can pass the spins, or if 1 player, you play against the house, so you’d play til you actually wanna stop, keeping in mind 4 whammies puts you out of the game.

I dont know whats wrong with this machine. I literally bet max $3.50 and cycled probably $5K through the machine by just slot tourney spamming the button for over an hour. Literally 1 spin every 2 seconds. 30 spins a minute. 1800 spins an hour. I got the main bonus 0 times. Granted I hit $800 and a $700 bonus and consistent wins kept me hovering between $1200-$1500, but I could NEVER trigger the main bonus. Just the pig, and the Big Bucks bonus.
Hence my description of "Rare Session" ! To have both $700 and $800 wins is still pretty great though, but I agree some machines are just too hard to bonus on particular features.
@@Thebigpayback It just seems kinda crazy. The whole appeal of the game is the press your luck bonus game. Imagine playing buffalo game and never triggering bonus. Its fine if the bonus doesnt pay squat... but at least let me trigger it.
I agree! I do sympathize with the developers though, as for everything that improves, something else will need to give. And in addition, operators can set the game at different payback percentages, so if they set it at the lowest, the game will perform worse than the designers would have liked, on average. I hear you though!
