I love this piece , for cello..it's so beautiful , but I think the piano is too loud and the cello is " piano ". The piano must to be transposed to a octave or two octaves down...The celiist is so good

I think the pianos transposition is fine though.. they shut rather close the wing more and he should play quieter as you mentioned..
