Great video! Does your brokerage provide business cards and website/marketing on other platforms? Do you mind if I ask what the commission split is for RE/Max? How is the training/mentorship?
Thank you! My brokerage is partnered with a local vendor that gives us a great deal on business cards. Also since Re/Max is such a huge company the commission split really depends on your brokerage. And the training I receive as a new agent is phenomenal!

So I haven’t paid for the courses/ classes to get my license but what do you recommend an aspiring agent to work on or study in the meantime while saving for the courses?
If you don't mind me telling you, I'd say go to the library, pick you up a few Real Estate Books (for your state) and just read through them until you save up for classes.
What part of Southern California are you?
I'm in SoCal and have been thinking of getting my real estate license. What advice do you have for someone making the transition in their 30's?
I'm in the San Fernando Valley area! My advice would be to learn as much as you can about the area you want to specialize in and never stop marketing yourself. You never know who your next client could be!
Not sure if you’ll see this but what kind of laptop do you have, what version Mac book and do you recommend it for newbie real estate agents ? :)
I have a MacBook Air and I absolutely love it!

From your perspective how difficult was it passing the California real estate exam?
How has your experience as a realtor been thus far…?
From my perspective it was a little tricky for me because there was so much information to take in. So far, my experience has been eye opening to say the least, but the more I've learned over time the more confident I've become.

Hi i just started real estate school yesterday so i can get my licence. Do you have any advise to give me on what to do when i'm finished with school?
My biggest advice is to make sure you study study study for that exam! Then once you pass, interview multiple brokerages so you can make the best decision for your career. Hope this helps!
Do you prefer online courses or in person class?
I’m not her lol but I always had the same question and someone told me theirs nothing like in person class cause you get to practice more of your social skills with others.

Thank you for watching! And prior to becoming an agent, I posted on their social media, opened properties, handled TC work, handed out flyers, sat during a few open houses, the list goes on and on! lol

Never stop learning! The more you know the more confident in yourself you become

Every brokerage is different when it comes to office space, but yes being a Realtor you get to work at your own pace. Sorry for the late reply!

So every Remax is different so my experience may not match the next remax agent, but I will say that the tech they offer is really good.
You can work from home ?
Yes! I can work from home, the office, even my car sometimes lol

For real? This makes being a real estate agent look easy, i doubt that’s the case!
Was the exam hard?
It was a little tricky to be honest. Just make sure that you study study study! Also, check out crash courses on TH-cam as well. That helped me out a ton!

You didn’t explain anything about real estate like the process and flow of the day you showed us your closet your desk talked about getting food showed your outfit business cards and Instagram we didn’t even see you work
