I find it to be one of the best non-level 50 premiums, but it might be because I haven't used any other premiums besides the handkanone and RIA 8A, which are both worse (handkanone not by far though). For augs, I'd recommend deadly, OC, and adaptive.

It has cheap ammo, and is totally viable for 300 boosts, which provide a lot of xp. +50% boost on xp is also big.
