No. They would have to break into the car, connect the xtool for 15-30 minutes and perform an "All keys lost" function and provide a new blank key fob. NO criminal is going to sit for 15-30 minutes waiting for that to happen. Aside from that once the alarm is activated you cannot communicate with the ecu/immobilizer at all.
