@JennyWhite555 Hi Jenny, as a 45 year old native speaker, I've never used nor heard another native use eatable over edible or uneatable vs inedible. It might be in the dictionary, but it's not in common use and sounds unnatural.

I think it's cos you said teacher and mountain are "uneatable". It's more common to say "inedible". Really like this activity though, will use it with my classes!
