Govt. sends 50K crore to Kashmir alone as central grant every year.
10K to even small NE state like Meghalaya as central grant.
Even though none of these kashmir valley leeches and disturbed because of christian secessionist NE states pay any indirect taxes to central govt. as they have been special category states since decades.
And this does not includes the thousands of crore that Army has to spend in these areas.
Rather transfer these grants to states which need it like AP right now.
But AP asking for special category status to not pay indirect tax is unreasonable demand as it will only hamper its competitiveness in long run. AP is too big to not pay any taxes and industry shud move there bec. of good governance of Naidu not bec. of tax free area. It is like turning whole state into tax free SEZ which will only lead to no revenues for central and state govt.

Harsha Kalangi I am from telangana. No dought CBN had played immortant role in buliding up of Hyderabad .Of course at time Ap and telangana joined by congress and United Ap. Telangana is much more richer in funds.The Nizams looted the people of telanganA AND kept in there treasure AND that treasure was handoverd to INDIAN govt .CBN brought world wide recognition to HYD. Nizam built buildings for his comfort later which is used for govt administration purpose.one thing telangana people got frusted by this Andra and rayalasima politions because what ever the benifts of the DEVELOPMENT are there are transferred and enjoyed by them we were deceived in that way.
