Rereading a book I’ve already read is very comforting to me. Many times, when we read a book, we are in a certain point in our lives, only able to uncover certain resonances or synchronicities at that moment. Well, when we revisit an old world from a book, or anything in between, the voices of the characters, the narrator, can bring a whole new perspective we weren’t ready for the first time around. This is why, for me, I love revisiting a story or something I once wrote. I can almost guarantee, I learn something new about the contents or myself each time. I find it rewarding, fascinating, and eye opening on a personal level. Also, no matter how old a book can be, there is something appealing in running my fingers over the pages, feeling the print against my skin. I have a couple of older books in which the print bubbles up more than other books. It makes me smile. You make me smile, too, Ollie. You are always so sweet and never stingy with your love or kisses. Your warmth is so appreciative, too. Thank you, Erik, for all your hard work, always. I’m looking forward to the next installment of the Summit.
