    Klokov setup is fun to watch like he's calling upon his c.n.s. to summon. Wtf is going thru his head watch him closely

    195 might have gone up. Stupidly heavy for a thruster. These guys are all beasts of the highest order. :)

      Patrick Neitzel lol polivnikov is too strong he’s pulling 197 so high that it loses control forward. He could power clean that so easily

    Классное упражнение для штангистов и ноги грузит и руки. Возможно попробовать таким вариантом и толковый швунг, чего греха таить здесь плечевой пояс и руки будут развиваться больше чем в классическом толчке и нет перегиба в позвоночнике, когда было троеборье при упражнении жим стоя

    I never have done a snatch, but it would be interesting to try it, it’s basically a deadlift(without locking)+front squat+overhead press

      Trust me, you are terribly wrong and it takes insane mobility, balance and crazy explosiveness regardless of the weight. Much more complicated than you think

    3:23 does a push jerk, gets called out on it, reattempts and does the exact same thing

    these ones are clusters a thruster is a front squat and a press but when you do a cluster you have to clean the barbell and then do the press

      Not really understanding your point. The only time you would make the distinction and use the term clusters is when you are going for reps and have to clean it every time. You always have to clean the first thruster (whether power or full/squat clean). So with what you are saying, there is no way to do a 1 rep thruster (unless you take it from the rack or something). So really a pointless distinction your are making, no?
