- It's time to do a recap after the first two Rc Rallies of this 2024 Season. The major change was switching from Tamiya XV-01 into my new Xray XB4, was it worth it?

Just Amazing how it is like Real Race Rally Car. Change a hair and it drives Different. I enjoy learning, and Thank You. One day i want one. I have a little one and it is Fun. Drifting gets boring. Love Rally. You are Number One. I yell and scream like a Fan boy. Hahahahah . Much Love

I'm here to learn, and appreciate you sharing the differences between the 2 chassis in your experience so far. I'd say your idea to increase the rear diff oil weight closer to the front is the way to go. I was thinking 50/50 front and rear, then tune it how you like, but every car is different. Ciao!
Sscondo me con l'embie racing kit ti eri già avvicinato parecchio al design della xray. Sicuramente la xv01 era una scelta più economica
Concordo, Tamiya in generale molto più economica, ma l'Xray va molto più forte ed in generale come qualità e progettazione pezzi è proprio un altro pianeta.
Diciamo che la soddisfazione di poter competere in Repubblica Ceca ripaga il tutto :)
Problém width the XV-01 is, that it's too front heavy, even with battery in the back. For rally, design with centered heavy components provides better handling. X-ray is one (but not the only) way of achieving a good layout.

Dzięki za podzielenie się przemyśleniami. Zmiana modelu zawsze jest trudna, nawet jak są do siebie bardzo podobne. Między XV a XB4 są ogromne różnice, także nie ma co się dziwić, że potrzebujesz czasu żeby się przestawić.
Mam pytanie do twardości opon - czy jazda na Pirelli D czy zwykłych rally blockach ma sens, czy jednak miękka mieszanka daje ogromną przewagę? Dopiero zaczynam zabawę z rally, mam rally blocki z kita XV i nie wiem, czy od razu dokupić miękką mieszankę, czy ćwiczyć na tym co mam.
Cześć! Przeczytałem że jesteś początkujący, to możesz normalnie zaczynać swoją przygodę w Rc Rally na Rally Block które znalazłeś ze swoją XV.
Są ideale bo nie mają dużo przyczepności i się nie zużywają łatwo.
Kiedy będą skonsumowane to możesz kupić soft rallyblock, poczujesz różnicę. Jeżeli chodzi o Pirelli nigdy nie jeździłem na D, zawsze na Soft
타이어가 소프트하니까 실제 자동차 고속도로같은 곳에서는 타이어 그립이 갑자기 좋아져서 힘든거 같습니다...ㅋㅋㅋ

Hi, at the moment some of the parts that you see in the video are self made(not by me but by a friend). Maybe in the future I'll try to share more details about them in a new video
