Every morning, my hubby and i sing/pray and this song is one of the songs that uplifts us. Last year, as we headed the Healing and Intercessory Ministry, after prayers, this song is our closing song. Forever thankful to the LORD for the healing and protection from covid.
Song I sang at my Grandfather's funeral with only one vocal chord working. it was right after my surgery to remove a tumor that had like tentacles that the doctor told me had strangled the life out of at least one of my vocal chords. I know I keep talking about this same miracle over and over. And if don't mean to be all about me me me. Ur just points to a time in my life when I knew without a doubt there really is a God and he really does supernatural things in my life. I am a walking talking miracle. Not because of anything I have done but because He first loved me. Sometimes I have to remind myself of his infinite power he has already worked in my life. Especially if I go through something challenging and I have to use my faith like a muscle that has to grow. No pain no gain.

I have always found strength in this song. It helped me through the bad times. Even though I am not a Christian by religion , I believe, to find solace in God, you need not be of any particular religion.
Just before I got baptised, we sung this song - my favourite Christian song, in front of the ocean. I chose that specific beach, the one I have known throughout my childhood and teenage years, and one of the top 3 in Mauritius 🇲🇺. I got out of the sea born again. Best day ever!!! ❤️👌👌 To the Lord Almighty. You are just the very best of this life and after. I have understood that. Please stay in my life forever. You are the only redemption. I need you every single second 🙏🙏🙏 How great thou art indeed.
