Diode LED has some solid strip lighting. Probably a lil more expensive but worth it on my boat.

If they light, but not brightly, it is a ground issue in that strip. You could try unplugging the dim connection scuffing the terminals and reconnecting to see if that fixes it, but you won't be able to escape the humidity that is promting the corrosion.
Keep that other prop and a few spare cotter pins in the boat in the event you hit something that breaks or bends your blades. Where I duck hunted, one never knew what they might strike below the surface.

All of this strips are junk. Just get a 10w led flood that shines towards the rear of the boat from the deck
