Granted I say this as someone who’s never been fortunate to have a significant other yet, but while a relationship shouldn’t be built solely on attraction, it DOES need that component. If there’s no chemistry, both parties are setting themselves up for cheating or affairs. You can’t expect to grow a garden with them, if you’ve got no seeds. You can tend to it with as much water and sunlight as you can provide, but nothing will grow, if there wasn’t anything in the soil to start with.

fr bro i have the same shit with my neighbors but for me i think its even worse the dog literally never goes out hes chained 24/24, doesnt see anyone , the only time he get human interaction is when his owner comes to feed him. yesterday he was basically like crying for like 2 hours straight.shit had me tight🤦♀️
Definitely report it to the local authorities. You can leave an anonymous tip for them and they’ll hopefully come check it out. Give them the specific time frame for the 8-10 hours the dog is out there , so that they can witness it themselves! Also pls throw the dog some food over the fence 😭😭!
