I like how spacious it is, and the many rooms. Just wondering why solar panels were not used to add electricity to the house? We've had electrical issues in my country and all the wealthy people had solar and batteries installed in their houses. So long as the sun shines, you get to generate free electricity - as opposed to generators that need diesel refills.
There is an absolute need for interior designers in West and central Africa. Beautiful exterior but the designs and furniture selection is very poor- why enclosed kitchen? Modern homes have open plan living. Lots of opportunities I see here. Thank you Umba 🙏🏾
For designer and fourniture you are right but for kitchen. Alot African like closed kitchen because our food smellin.Me ,i living in France and m'y kitchen is open plan living but i dont like that.if i want to but house kitchen must be closed
Hum, I presume that Nigerian interior and exterior designs regarding the housing contractors and architectural structures are in advance compared to our Congolese housing lifestyle designers. But, height ceiling more ventilation for air circulation 😊 well integrated 😮 in the scheme. The front massive wooden door and interior wood’s doors are magnificent.❤
TMB
This is for everyone complaining in the comment section. Clearly, you must not know the value of things in that area or in Kinshasa in general. Things are extremely expensive in this capital. First of all, the house in itself, is beautifully built. Clearly, it is setup for short term leasing. You wanna rent it long term, then buy your own living room. It's simple as that. The price is also high because of the 24/7 guarantee water supply, electricity, *AND* security which includes CCTV. Let's be honest, that is beyond luxury in Kinshasa. The only thing I would have done differently, is the indoor staircase railling. But since it's already there, at least paint that mf black 😂 The house is built to last many many years to come. Yes, it's giving West African modern house circa 2005, but all in all, you can tell that the builder made good use of local resources, giving the locals a job. And that is something I will always be for. So thank you Mr. Umba for the tour of this beautiful jewel. God willing, I might stay there for a weekend with friends in the near future. Cheers!
I love the elegance of the wood, the high ceilings, and the large windows that create a sense of space and brightness. The blend of authentic decor and modern comfort is remarkable. I know this part of Kinshasa well; it is peaceful, and you feel safe there. Moreover, the neighborhood is very pleasant. I will never forget the hospitality of the hosts, who were both warm and unpretentious. I would gladly stay there again on my next visit to Kinshasa.
Our government doesn’t print dollars why people are using dollars like that this why life is extremely difficult for poor ones the only country that abused dollars in Africa
@ l know but I can’t rented a house 🏠 for that price, I will prefer to have my own place, do the maths, in years, you will have, 30.000 dollars 💵 and I can afford a space and build my own home little by little than Wasting money by renting!!
The DRC is one of the poorest countries in the world, despite all its natural resources. As others have said, this is for politicians (surprise surprise) and foreigners living and working there. No way can most locals afford this rent. This is directed at the top 1%
Just in month is the price of the land the remaining on 11 month for just that year it is what it would take you to built that house. The wood chair quality is sooo poor
Apart the real wood the price isn't worth. There's no bathtub, you cannot just have showers in all rooms without bathtub especially in the many bedroom. 2nd the kitchen is very bad designed. 3rd you cannot have portable wardrobes the rooms. Even the pillows and beds are too small... You need to do better before you make this kind of video... According to me the apartment is not worth the $2000 or $2500. I will settle for $800.is not a house it's an apartment inside complex... House should be a stand alone...
The house is beautiful, Kinshasa has so many hidden things 😊❤🇨🇩
Magnifique.

You’re welcome. Whoever rents the house long term can furnish it as he wishes. There’s also daily rental available with a minimum stay of one week.

$2500 for kinsuka is too much! 3 works in real estate: location, location, location
The design is poor but the house is ok the rent is very expensive.
Those house price's, better rent it to international NG'OS not ordinary citizens bcz it's expensive. ..
You can rent the house for just one week for 150$ per day. One week is the r minimum though
Sorry for asking, are all Congolese very rich apparently 😂😂😂 .$2500 for what , even Kinshasa is expensive honestly it's too much
Very expensive with that amount money, I can get my mortgage fixed in the Uk 🇬🇧
Y’all think luxury is cheap. No luxury is expensive wherever you are

This is not built for every congolese.
It is built for congoleses et foreigners who can afford it.

What a prankster 😆🤣😂
Every single thing there looks cheap and cheapier ‼️
