One thing I would also add, if you don't prefer wind mantle, you can swap out the Risen Kushala arms for tons of different options. For example: Scorned Magna, Valstrax, Flaming Espinas, or Malzeno are all good options as well :D

So people struggling like I was with this build and having uptime on blue scroll. I personally swapped out the kushala vambraces for 5 piece chaotic set. You really just need two pieces of berserk and your health will drain very slow. Eat for super dango for health regen, pop a fish for extra regen and then there's a special cat you can hire which has a ton of healing options and then equip it with the healing bat's. It's still a very high risk high reward build but your survivalabilty goes way up
Honestly I would scrap wex and crit boost, I don’t do a whole lot of other moves besides saed, and the moves needed to charge the shield don’t do enough damage to warrant the slots the skills would take to add.

so, if you look at the decorations and charms, you'll notice that I didn't slot in any critical eye, it all comes free with the set. that's why it's in there, purely bc this armor is so good (at least, it was in TU3), it's still really solid in the endgame after the bonus update too, we just now have safer alternatives

I have a question, do Phials actually work with Parthbreaker? Since i got everything but things here that made the build better than what u showed, like Burst with a slot upgrade or etc etc. Because i have like, all the elemental priority but managed to have 1 Lv 4 Slot and 1 Lv2 slot, and then since i didn't know what to add more, since i already had everything, i slotted Parthbreaker decos so it combos with BloodRite, but idk if it works with the phials (the extra damage from parts broken)
When you say Fish do you mean Vaik Tree - ArmorDraad? Also when you say Rath? witch one? Silver Rathalos, Rathian or Rathalos? Just want to make sure to get the correct one..
not really, every monster has a different elemental weakness, so no one element is good for everything. it's best to have all 5. some monsters will have 0 elemental weakness so you'll do 0 phial damage, which is useless at that point. usually impact phial CB was the one size fits all, but it's SO SO much worse than elemental phial CB in sunbreak that it's not even worth making.

i think level 100+ anomaly materials, can't recall exactly. try searching for them here: game8.co/games/Monster-Hunter-Rise/archives/391818 this is the hard stream +4, if you look up the others you'll get materials you need to make them, then you can search those materials in Game8 and see what levels and what monsters you need to hunt to get the proper materials :D

Great build! but just like you said, if phials can't crit, then why bother to slot in wex/crit boost/crit eye skills? assuming the build is SAED playstyle
you get big damage numbers from your SAED melee hits, and so it is worth it for that, plus having to charge your phials. It's a 40% damage increase on melee hits for those skills, but crit element is a max of 15% element boost. so it's still worth it overall for WEX/Crit Boost, and crit eye 6 comes with the set. Hope this helps!
Super quick question: Will you only get the strife bonus while bloodlust is draining health (and of course when you get hit) I see that you never swapped scrolls to use berserk.
yes you would, i usually swap scrolls on knockdowns and use axe hopper for insane phial damage. bloodlust is active about 50% of hunts, usually more bc SAED CB is hard to clear the frenzy very quickly, so you get really good usage out of it.

it doesn't, only drains when inflicted with frenzy, which you can clear after a couple hits. you can drop that too if you want, dereliction is nonstop HP drain always, bloodlust is only until you clear frenzy

@@LordViettner OK now that I've looked more into the armor I understand it more 😂 so I guess if I have two piece berserk the red bar depletes a lot slower but that would mean dismissing the kushala vambraces or just learning to deal with the fast paced health drain in blue scroll for axe hopper on multi-player but would be a huge damage boost

yes, that would be the max elemental DPS! You would run Chaotic Head, chest, and waist then archfiend arms and legs. however i chose not to recommend that, as this is more a set for general hunting and with dereliction you're always at 1HP, which is fine if you're solo or speedrunning but a little more edgy for multiplayer/anomaly hunts :D
Bloody rampage jewel does significantly increase elemental damage as well, but only situational. I mostly use dereliction with anomaly hunts, cause getting hit with blood blight will eventually heal you to full health and give more dps if you play aggressively

Honestly I would scrap wex and crit boost, I don’t do a whole lot of other moves besides saed, and the moves needed to charge the shield don’t do enough damage to warrant the slots the skills would take to add.

not really, every monster has a different elemental weakness, so no one element is good for everything. it's best to have all 5. some monsters will have 0 elemental weakness so you'll do 0 phial damage, which is useless at that point. usually impact phial CB was the one size fits all, but it's SO SO much worse than elemental phial CB in sunbreak that it's not even worth making.
