After “Abandoned Street” Elmo shot Cookie Monster, Oscar The Grouch, Big Bird, Ernie, Bert and Zoe. Then he and Pibby got out of Sesame Street to look for an old friend of Elmo’s… And that just happened to be Kermit The Frog who was about to get into a hectic battle with Fozzie, Gonzo, Animal and Miss Piggy, all of which who have been corrupted by The Darkness.

Not surprised Constantine ended up actually getting corrupted. I mean, if you watched the Muppets: Most Wanted, you know that Constantine is the world's most dangerous frog who actually took Kermit's place in the film. So that meant Constantine was already pretty dangerous, even before getting corrupted, so now, he's just doubly as bad.
