My Android phone doesn't want to connect to the M1W camera. I tried everything, hotspot, WiFi bluetooth and the qr code on the camera cannot be found. do you have any idea ?

Hi there, thanks for your comment. Please visit our official website to download the latest firmware of M11W, after upgrading, it will support QR code scanning connection.
The firmware package on the official website contains release notes, which introduce how to use the QR code.
