Helcurt counters lance because lancelot relies mostly on his skill, and when heroes skills affect helcurt they'll get silenced because of his passive, now that's no longer the case because of Helcurt's nerf

I honestly don't think so. Lance skill 2 can be used away from Helcurt to not trigger his passive, and both his skill 2 and ulti have an . It's only his skill 1 that usually trigger helcurt's passive. Not only that, Lancelot's damage mostly comes from skill 2 and his basic attack triggering endless battle's passive.
By the way, what's the helcurt nerf?

The reason behind why Helcurt counters Lancelot is because to activate HC's passive, you must apply a cc effect like stun, knockup, etc. (Slow doesn't count) Lancelot is a burst assassin which making him vulnerable to hc stinger. :>
