Clear & concise. The visuals were spot on, and the structure made it easy to follow.
No obvious self-promoting explanation, I love it ❤
Clear explanation, easy to understand! Thank you!
Informative, clear and concise. Thanks :)
Very informative video. Thank you and my question is. is using free vpn is safe?
Very informative! Nicely explained - these videos are so helpful
The only thing I want to know is how this board that she writes on works.
Does she write in reverse, or is the image flipped.
The image is flipped!
@@yan6285 no? even if the image was flipped, she would still be writing in reverse..... let's use our brains for a sec here
Eglass lightboard
Thanks a lot!! Appreciate all the effort put in creating a clear and concise video.

Very helpful. Thaks.
Thanks for the video ❤
I hate when people say VPN is protected Data ( encrypted ) ,This is false .A VPN is just private network path way that you create over over public network like the internet , but not all VPN are protected by default , So you will still have to add the encryption to have that extra layer of protection .
That is why some people associate the the two in their wording when talking about VPN and will say for instance '' IPSEC VPN '' So you understand right there that the said VPN is encrypted .
I love these IBM videos but imho this wasn't the best of them, not bad just a few nuances in mind, from most to least important:
2:33 "a hacker possibly observing in a passive way [...] trying to do a passive cyber attack" & 2:50 "the hacker now has information that is really important and Sam's access to things"
How is this possible? how does the hacker break the bank's https encryption?
Even then, say an attack like that was actually possible, if there's a hacker at the ISP level, why would one think there can't be one at the VPN level? thus simply moving trust from ISP to VPN provider
1:30 "every device on the internet has a unique one (IP) associated with it"
One could say most IPs are not associated to a single device and instead shared among either a few (devices connect to a router) or many devices (cgnat)
1:18 "data is encrypted and also masks your IP address, thus preserving your anonymity in the web"
that's a broad statement I wouldn't dare to make
Relax
How is IP spoof a good thing in anonymity? As far as I know IP spoof is a technique used by hackers to gain unauthorized access
Understanding is a cognitive process related to an abstract or physical object, such as a person, situation, or message whereby one is able to use concepts to model that object. Understanding is a relation between the knower and an object of understanding. Understanding implies abilities and dispositions with respect to an object of knowledge that are sufficient to support intelligent behavior.[1]
Understanding is often, though not always, related to learning concepts, and sometimes also the theory or theories associated with those concepts. However, a person may have a good ability to predict the behavior of an object, animal or system-and therefore may, in some sense, understand it-without necessarily being familiar with the concepts or theories associated with that object, animal, or system in their culture. They may have developed their own distinct concepts and theories, which may be equivalent, better or worse than the recognized standard concepts and theories of their culture. Thus, understanding is correlated with the ability to make inferences.😂😂😂😂
What about the data between the VPN server and the Intended Web Server?
Is that information encrypted as well?
Yes, all the information is encrypted as well. The only ones that can see your online activity is your VPN provider and entities that your VPN provider has arrangements with.
VPN and network proxy What's the difference?
VPN safer?
🤔
How do you seamlessly write inversely traverse like that? That takes quite some skill...or tech know-how.
It's just a mirrored image (left-to-right flip), like what your selfie camera does.
I love VPN, but how many actually respect our privacy? 😒
I mean this IS a fair question. Could VPN software companies be bought and even THAT information gets tracked? I dont think there is a way a normal everyday user will ever know.
Very nice content! Pls, can you suggest a very good VPN in your own opinion?
(1) Paid VPN with price and (2) Absolutely free VPN
Right?
Is this a mirror image or is she writing everything in mirror mode?
She's just writing on a glass normally, it's just that the video is filmed backwards so the writing is seen forward. Like she appears to be writing with her left hand, but she's really writing with her right, you actually see her backwards. If she was wearing a shirt with writing on it, you would see the writing backwards.
