2018 was 3rd gen dynasty. It gives me the cinematic mv style like I need U or Run or Fake love by BTS. Even the sound is like the HYYH album. BUT, even if it reminds us 3rd gen, there are things new brought by this group. The sound leveled up, the chorus is focused on dancing (solo), the vocal distribution and phrases are unpredictable and well placed + embellishments by adlibs of Jay. One Pact has definitely a distinct color from the rest of the rookie group of this year
One Pact was so original with the choice for the MV, each member's voice stands out. Including Yedam's vocals, which I didn't know well and it's incredible. They have my full support

i don't have the words to describe how epic this is edit: the lyrics are on twt, something about someone who does everything for someone else "must be nice to be you and know i'd change myself/do everything for you", it does has a very sad/brokenhearted vibe tho. it's very poetic too 🥺 (i find very precious how we all have fallen for tag no matter who we came for, he's so talented)

Hades is the god of death/underworld, so the guy lost his love and made a deal however, nothing is ever easy when making a deal with the "devil". So when he looked at his love she died again, leaving him to suffer loss for the second time.
