That is how I learned to cook watching my grandmom...she was from Columbia, South Carolina. Watching this video on Mama Dip makes me wish I was under her wing to learn her cooking style. Old school southern down-home style cooking is a gift.
OMG, I loved this woman. Started eating there back when she was taking lunch money made to buy items for dinner. She kept many a UNC student well fed with home cooking! She had a sweet smile and infectious laugh.
