the horn spring tiny ends goes toward the button and you can sand down the tip of the button to make better contact if its old also use a cut off end of a zip tie through the hole in the control to hold in the spring while you assemble it then slide out the zip tie and the spring pops into position
Mike's Bytes yea I ended up figuring that out, I ran into another problem though with a different fuse. Hopefully I get it figured out today so I can start tuning.
Did you use a ruckus triple tree or the stock one for your build? Trying to find info to do mine, but almost impossible to find info written up on the build.

Hey man how did you go about extending the wiring? Just finding random same gauge wire and using butt connectors to connect them together or how?

It's the underseat plastics for the ruckus. You can buy them new or used off Facebook or a Honda parts house online
