I would love to see what the crew rest area looks like sometime if you could. That’s always been so interesting to me. Thank you for sharing this trip.
I just laughed so hard because crew bunks on airbus 330 basically don't exist. We sleep across a passenger chair and some bins from the galley LOL. Only the 777 and 787 for us have crew bunks and unfortunately I have yet to see them in person!
Kat Nesbitt oh wow. That’s awesome. I had no idea what planes had what or how all that worked. I knew some planes had designated bunks above the cabin but didn’t know what planes. Well I’m sorry that this was not a comfortable rest!!! But I am sure that I am Not alone in wanting to know so maybe you could just mention it in another blog. Thanks for all you do. Love your channel
@@Worldseesnormal Yes I can try to get a shot of what one on a 330 looks like next time I fly international. The footage may be a little dark but at least everyone can get a good look and laugh!
I just have to say this - I just found you this week and have caught up on all your vlogs. You seem like such an amazing person with the best personality! I am so glad i stumbled upon you
Hi, It's not just that the cleaning team in Munich is good it is also that people litter way less than in the US. I lived there for a while and loved it (and not just because it was clean!).
Next time you have a layover in Vegas, we have a really good German bakery here. It’s about 15 min from the strip, that is owned by a German lady that gets her flour from Germany. She makes all the traditional breads. I was born in Germany and this bakery is like a slice of home.
@@moriahm6533 My mom is from France, but I know she would love something from this bakery. My husband and I will be in the Vegas area in the fall. Thanks for the information. :)
Thanks for this video Kat it was awesome! I love your energy and enthusiasm it’s a pleasure to always watch your videos and get inspiration of places to go. You rock girl! ❤️🙏🏼✈️
Well that was fun!! I wish when we were in Munich we actually got to explore the city 🤭 we didn’t have enough time with our tour we did. For sure going back!!!!
Still looking forward to seeing your version of the city! Sometimes those all day tours are really nice because you can see more than if you went on your own!
I flew thru Munich to Venice back during Operation Desert Storm when I was assigned to the NATO US Army HQ in Vicenza and the thing I remembered about it was they had a huge Cuban cigar shop there and it was very busy. Well done Mrs Kat. Take care and God bless.
I know this was a while ago, but so cool to see you in Munich. It is one of my favorite cities in the world. Have been there several times and love it every time.
After watching this video, I went back to the beginning of your channel and have been binge watching it all over again. Besides being informative, I find you so entertaining. I love your laid back, sense of humor. Thank you so much for these videos.
I lived in Munich for about 1 1/2 yrs back in 1963...my dad was stationed in Nuremberg and I was going to the Un. Of MD which had a branch in Munich...I remember the beautiful gardens and the Hofbrauhaus ....I wish I had done more sightseeing but I was just 18/19 and didn’t think much about it...darn...loved your video tho...😊😊😊
Hi I am following you from Germany 🇩🇪 you reminded me that I have to go to Munich one more time because it's very beautiful. BUT as I am from Cologne I think that there is no other city that is more beautiful than Cologne! When we see the Kölner Dom (the cathedral) we feel like home. And I can totally understand your husband that he wanted you to bring bread from here! This is what I miss the most when I travel! I hope my English is not too bad! Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
Willkommen! Omg the bread was so good it's insane! We ate both loafs within a couple of days. And I love Koln too! We put a lock on the bridge there and went site seeing. The best sushi I ever had came from a restaurant there shockingly! Your hometown is absolutely beautiful!!
I went to Munich in 2004. I saw a concert there. I too was struck how clean everything was. A man on the train said there is a great farmers market there.
Kat Nesbitt Hi, I really like your videos! No, I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the market. What was interesting though, I stayed at the Hotel Kapinski (spelling?). It was adjacent to the Munich Airport. Great Hotel, by the way. The train station to the concert venue was adjacent to the airpot to. Everything was in a direct line, even the concert venue. I was traveling on my own, so I just lucked out how easy everything was!
Munich is a wonderful place. I was there back in 2008. Best beer I have ever had at one of the pubs. There pubs are way better then area here in Canada.
"Cold boogers..." I laughed hard at that, wasn't expecting it & never heard that expression before =0). I love your videos! I am so glad you got to go somewhere new - you are so brave! I enjoy hearing you describe the experience & I liked that you were respectful - that kind of thing means more to me than what you might have filmed. Looked like a great trip...Thank you for sharing!
My mom lived in Germany in her highschool years and from what I have heard, the people are just raised to be more respectful when it comes to not littering, and not destroying things with carelessness and vandalism.
Your video was just recommended to me and I was excited to see that you are from Charlotte too! Also my dad used to live between Frankfurt and Cologne in a town called Freidberg, what a coincidence 😀
First of all, loving your channel!!! But hold on: You guys get to choose your flying route? How does that work? I always assumed it was preassigned. Also, if you end up in Israel (there’s a Dallas TLV route) feel free to send me a message! I work in the hospitality industry (hotel front desk)

you did fine on the pronunciation. also if you mention Bavaria which is known as Bayern in German, its Munich (city), Bavaria/Bayern (region), Germany (country)
I totally do! Although, I personally have had nothing but problems with my Jeep (I even had to get a tow from Geico yesterday) so I am actually going to sell it and get a new vehicle really soon.
Ahh no! That sucks! 😔 I am sorry! I love my Jeep but filling that tank is no joke with CA gas prices. I hope your next vehicle works smoothly for you!!

That would be more than usual for that particular aircraft, so I would probably expect that some were either dead heading or non-reving.
you did fine on the pronunciation. also if you mention Bavaria which is known as Bayern in German, its Munich (city), Bavaria/Bayern (region), Germany (country)

How do you stay so positive flying?
Idk I just love it! I do have my days that aren't great though just like everyone else!
We can’t take bread from Europe to the USA as per USDA regulations...
I took scones from Uk to USA it passed though customs has the only thing they ask me if I had was meat or cheese .
