Yesterday, I watched Nijisanji Koshien 2022 and cried.
And I wanted to tell how amazing it was.

I watched everything, from the beginning till the end. It was all fun and games but what hit me the most was Kuzuha that kept on using Mayuyu even when he's out of stamina because this year would be the last year for him in NijiKoshien. I didn't understand much but I cried on that moment. Even tho its an AI, Mayuyu is Mayuyu for Kuzuha. Even in Eliras watch along, all of us were going o7 Mayuyu and Thank you Mayuyu. Even if that cost the game for Kuzuha, I commend him for using Mayuyu until the last drop if his stamina.

I think one of the reasons they cried is cuz of the pressure.
As Deron said in another stream, since the identity and names are borrowed from other livers,
the coaches are under a huge pressure of making the "players" looks good and perform.
Espacialy when u broke someones Gen bonds or picked popular livers.
It's been a long way from the first koshien and man it was fun and heartwarming. and with the addition of EN it made koshien much more fun to watch, I wish that next year it would be the same again.

This year's Niji Koshien was reeaaally amazing. I was really rooting for Shinsoku but I'm still glad for Lize!

tbf, i started watching Nijisanji EN first before discovering other Nijisanji JP, ID and KR members too. But I probably was negligent to know that Chigusa is a Nijisanji liver, which made me more curious to check more livers from JP. I alao didn't know about Koshien until I found that video where Pomu hit a home run that got her team to win.
Koshien 2022 tho was the start of my interest in checking more libers aside from a few that I knew from JP, but the last 3 broadcast of this tourbament was really fun and actually moving, as the coaches put it. From the watchalongs with the EN livers to the Live Koshien Finals Broadcast, its really impacting, the same as going to a real arena to watch a sport and feel the crowd when they cheer for their teams. It was really fun, even if it's a game, building up the status for one's team is really hard, especially when its the final stretch of the tournament.
What a show! not a second wasted to satisfy my feelings in my free time. I'll definitely look forward to next year's meet, and also the exhibition matches before that!
