Great to see the Chattanooga Choo Choo is still going strong. We stayed there over a decade ago. My oldest son is a huge fan of trains. This was a amazing experience. Chattanooga has a great historic connection with trains. The station and tracks were a main hub in the 1800s for those traveling East/West and North/South. It played a key part in the Civil War for this reason. I highly recommend staying here for a few days. The Railroad Museum there is amazing with a working locomotive turntable. Lookout Mountain and the Incline Railway are also great. There is an aquarium as well.
That actually looks like a great place to spend a couple nights. Great stuff Jay. Went to HHN last night, it was awesome. Great mazes this year. Have a good one brother.
OMG Jay, I am now obsessed.😍 I so would love to stay in an antique train car. I am a huge fan of retro , art deco from the 20's. The room looks so classy with so much attention to detail. I am impressed with the comfy looking ed linen, reusable water bottles, the tiles on the floor, the steamer and nice outdoor lounge seats. The art work in the gym looks interesting. And there is a Star Wars reference, very nice. I loved how you pretended to drive the train🤭. I am all in to participate in the escape room.😱
This hotel complex looks stunning. Been on a few working steam trains here in the UK, but never slept in one Yet....). Love your videos, Jay, whether travelling, gaming, or stalking Gina. 🤣
the downtown project really changed Chattanooga. There are places to eat on the river as well. Also, check out Greenville,SC. They brought back a waterfall hidden by a highway. lots of great places to eat dessert and coffee.
Wow, I live in East TN and have never heard of this. Time to take a short trip south. I would absolutely LOVE to stay in a train car but I probably couldn't afford it.
Very cool little adventure. Next time I'm near Chattanooga, I'll have to check it out. I'll tell them Drunk3PO sent me, maybe I'll get a good discount. Or maybe locked up. Thanks Jay.
I let Kamal Toes ad begging for donations run so you could get some money and make them spend some money. Since they love spending money so much. Let em spend theirs.
I like how something old and obsolete becomes something new and functional, while retaining its historical feel.
I do as well
I always liked the idea of turning old vehicles into homes. That tour was great, such a big place! Thanks for sharing 👍
So cool!

This is such a great idea. Preserving the outside authenticity of the trains/train station is absolutely amazing.

Reminds me of the Excess Express in Paper Mario. Japan has a ton of overnight trains that run and utilize hotel esque services.
That is awesome. I would stay there in a heartbeat
Me too

Might have to go to that hotel at some point? Sounds pretty interesting my friend? Lol

Went to that hotel in 8th grade
I unfortunately didn’t get to stay in a train

I'd like to add, that if I ever visit this place, I wouldn't mind dressing like someone from the 1920s.
That would be fun
It's deserted..
Dont climb the train jay ...
Dr. Sheldon Cooper approves of this video, but how were the butter dishes? 😉
