Dear sir, you are right 355/113 give more accurate value instead of 22/7 but class 12 Tak kabhi bhi 4-5 decimal places tak correct value nhi puchi jaati hai
Suppose we have to find the ans of this problem 7π/2
If we take 22/7 then ans is 7×22/2×7=11
If we take 355/113 then ans is 7×355/2×113=?? Which consume more time that's why we should take smallest fraction value of π instead of 355/113

But if you divide 62831853/20000000 , you will get more exact value than yours. There is some standard parameters to represent anything and 22/7 is that parameter set by international standard committee. If anyone is given that authority to decide, then it will difficult to reach at the same answers.
As We know in F = M A we take constant K = 1 as per international standard. If what you are doing goes on, then anyone will change this value of constant according to themselves.
