Two points I wanted to make:
1)With the religious families who have lots of kids, it's called the Quiverfull movement and what ends up happening is the older children end up parenting the younger ones. It's called parentification and it's awful! I recommend the channel Cults to Consciousness for interviews from people who have lived through this kind of thing.
2) I think the government should speak to Jamie Raines, he has a Phd in trans studies, is a member of the community himself and has a huge platform, he would be ideal candidate to speak to ministers about trans health care!

As a trans girl in the uk who is 23.. it was bad enough that our government is messing with trans people when there are bigger issues to focus on. It’s a joke seeing it happen, and I really hope that they don’t up the rule to ban all gender affirming hormones. I pay privately because the nhs sucks, and to have that be potentially inaccessible because these people want to hate on a minority.. it’s really heartbreaking.

Erin Parsons is truly THAT girl!!! She worked on Pat McGrath's team doing makeup for some of the old John Galliano shows and I'm sure many others. A breath of fresh air to see a real makeup artist on the platform after being bombarded with beauty influencers for years.

My grandma had 8 kids but over 20 years so the first few were grown by the time the last few got there. I can’t imagine 8 actual kids.
The crap dj brought back memories of my ex hubby, when he was a 'mobile DJ' in the late 70's/early 80's. This is when they actually used real turntables and 45 rpm records..😯..every week he would buy the top ten, or the parts he didn't already have, and every week he'd have a good moan about the rubbish taste people had in music....I used to go along as a dogsbody, helping to carry all those bloody singles in beer crates and sit somewhere out the way during the event itself...it was usually a wedding or family type party do...I could always tell when someone had requested The Birdy Song or AgaDoo just by the look on his face...lol..
He sadly passed away two years ago..he was bisexual and a big part of London Pride, was a successful Mayfair hairdresser and my best mate for 44 years, we had two sons together and were very happily married for 23 of those years..but life has a way of throwing changes at you that makes you go in a different direction before you really have time to think and we ended up apart but still soul mates. People can do as they please but personally I don’t think it’s right to expect your older children to “parent” your younger children. It does seem that many of these huge families are religious. My step niece was in what I felt like was a kind of cult. I believe she was encouraged to have a big family. After five children she split from her husband and now is raising them by herself. Besides looking after many children it also is very expensive.

There is something fishy to me about Katy Perry’s new single. On Twitter I follow no accounts relating to her, pop music, or pop culture in general, and yet I was eye molested for days by Katy’s new song, its video, and very very unhinged fans of hers yelling about how amazing the song is. I am not her demo and there was no reason for it to show up to me. All it did was highlight that she can only be “popular” when it’s purchased by her PR.
Because her label has spent a LOT of money trying to promote the song, but ultimately you can't polish a turd no matter how much you smear it in people's faces 😅💕

LOLLL I love fizzy water! It started when I lived in Germany, - they love it over there and it's hard to avoid. So I got accustomed to it, and thenyou no longer taste the disgusting metal taste (which I do remember). Once that's gone it becomes really refreshing and much nicer to drink, especially when it's hot and the water's chilled! But it's gotten to the point where I pretty much only drink fizzy water and have my own sodastream.. it's too late for me I guess 😅

I don't think Katy's new song is bad, just very disappointing (like all the latest singles from Dua Lipa). She's so intent on recreating her 2010's big pop sound and outlandish, over-the-top visuals that "Woman's World" feels more like a parody of that era. Let's hope there are some bangers on the new album but, at least, we have proper summer jams from Kesha and Kylie/Bebe/Tove to keep our asses shakin'! 😎
Dr Luke's production is all over Katy's new album. It looks like he may have taken an executive producer role. We won't know for sure until the credits are released, but we do know he produced the new song she's teased recently and is rumoured to be her follow up single.
