    I've watched several videos about the Tormek T8.
    Yours is the first to show me how to flatten the backs of the chisels.
    I hadn't thought of using the side of the stone.

    How do you address knives that have a plunge line with no sharpening choil without damaging the plunge?

    What the dressing does is makes it flat across the surface although it also dresses it round I suppose but the flatness is what you are after.

    How the hell does the stone size scale work? It’s vertical, wouldn’t the stone be wearing across its width or down towards the center? How would would a scar that goes up vertically on the face of the machine measure that?

    It is a knife destroyer and pretty unsafe tool to, i have to t8 and destroyed 90% of knifes
