Robin Hood Sherwood Builders Xbox Series X Gameplay, Frame rate FPS & resolution details. If you're enjoying the video be sure to leave a like! Game Description: Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders is an action-adventure RPG with base-building elements, where you take on the role of a classic hero who stands up to the tyranny and injustice that haunts Sherwood. As Robin, you’ll fight, hunt, craft, steal, and of course help the local people thrive to spite the Sheriff of Nottingham and his ruthless regime - all within an open-world environment that can be freely explored. Robin Hood is a famous hero of medieval English folk tales, believed to have during that time roamed the forests of Sherwood with his band of loyal outlaw companions. In the game you’re going to meet those legendary characters as well, such as Lady Marian, Little John, Friar Tuck, Allan-a-Dale, and Will Scarlet. Robin's main goal is to help a fledgling community of refugees and rebels advance and expand. Starting with what could be described as a small forest settlement, with a bit of care, hard work, and good luck, it can end up as a town full of people. Recruit local peasants, rebels on the run from the law, and even the citizens and guards of Nottingham themselves as your new outlaw settlers. You start your adventure with building a forest camp, which can soon be expanded following the arrival of new residents. You will be responsible for properly managing the space you secured for yourself within Sherwood Forest to build up the village.
FYI, best Robin Hood show was the uk series called Robin of Sherwood back in the 90’s, or late 80’s. Best representation of Robin and Marion there could ever be and the merry men all represented amazingly well. Heard about this game a while ago, but nothing beats a very old text adventure of Robin Hood I played many a moon ago. Long live Robin!
GamePass did actually nothing - the devs and publishers did and while the game's been out on Steam since mid to late February, the Xbox version was just released today, with no option to pre-order or anything beforehand, nor was there any marketing related stuff done for this title, so not much of a wonder you had no idea that this game does exist.
On PC running it at high settings and getting 100fps with a 3070 and 13700. Visually it is impressive. I had to get it because the concept seemed really interesting, but it works and makes sense. I think they could have came up with a better title. "Robin Hood: Birth of a Rebellion" or something like that. I am liking it a lot so far. Side note, the vocalizations bandits make crack me up lol. Whoooooooaaaa!!!
If you’ve gotten into it, can you explain how I do things like climb, and walk like a normal person, just started and I’m trying to jump to a ledge and it will not let me grab it or do anything, also, in the trailer, it shows him walking like a normal person but I either jog or sprint everywhere.
There are so many issues I have with this title, but the one that stands out the most? Why in gods name is he in a rain Forrest?? I am from the UK AND there is NOWHERE within 1000 miles that looks like that
Imagine being wrong about your own country 😂 embarrassing! 1. It’s not a rainforest, nor does it look anything like one. 2. There’s tons of areas in the UK that look like this. Gloucestershire, parts of Essex Devon, Cumbria, Northumberland, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, County Down, Derry, Perthshire, Galloway l, Stirlingshire, Stirling. I could go on and on. Now, considering the whole UK from its two furthest points is 838 miles long and one given you over a dozen places with Forrest’s like this (and there’s SO many more) I think it’s safe to say you don’t have a clue about what you’re taking about. Get off the Xbox and get out of the house more.
Think it’s also important to remember that this takes place almost 1000 years ago. England was less densely populated and would have been much more biodiverse in those times.
I waited for your video all day. Thx for the FPS info. I was wondering if my feeling was wrong. It is something between 40-60FPS i guess. I like the concept and will give it a try ... at least for a few hours.
@@Skycaptin5 just played the first 3-4 hours. a. The building part is rough to handle with a controller. b. @@ThomasJB80 Elden Ring's DLC was so damn traumatic. I'm still off from it. Smalland was really neat, sort of like Grounded but with its own vibe. But ya with this one that was a big thing for me, was how awkward it was to use the controller on. It didn't feel fully optimize for gamepad usage.
Any game on game pass i try to give a chance and usually these idie games are pretty good. This one, is slow at first and i think eventually if i keep playing it might get better. I do like the buildikg aspect. Maybe one day they'll have a sandbox mode. 😂 That's what i really care to do.

And while there’s still tons of places that look like this in the UK (outside of whatever concrete jungle you live in) you do realise Robin Hood is set hundreds of years ago? When most of England was covered in forestry like this?

You have to move the arrows from your main inventory into your bow itself. That's what I did. And it adds more arrows in your quiver.
