This is awesome man thank you for the info. I've been looking into buying my first DTG since everything we do is screen printed and this way we can run print as many colors as we need for smaller orders. The colors are amazing, I think I'll be going with this Epson.
Yep definitely getting this as my next printer. I talked to a rep a week ago and even likes the price better then my 330tx plus.
Get After It!! Amazing vid, thank :)
cool stuff dude great to see a local getting ahead in life
This is awesome I would love to put this on a tumbler! Keep up the great work definitely need more Dragon ball Z apparel.
Hi ya. Did you have to upgrade your electric when you opened your storefront? I'm worried I won't have enough power in a small warehouse space to run this, presses, pre-treat, etc.
Are you using garment creator? And if so how did you dial it in? I bought a f2100 and my bootleg prints are still coming out blurry in various spots
hey man, great informative video! when you say after cure ( 7:48 ), you mean just setting the shirt in the heat press for a few minutes? or did you have a seperate machine for curing?
thank you !
Please post video of maintenance and the dtg pre treat box issues. The print is cold bro!
I would like to see how you do the design
What program are you using to do your designs?
Thanks for your input.
What program did you use for the design?
Very nice
Excellent
That looks bigger than 12x16...and it looks great.✅👍
If you can manipulate your image to fully fit the platen It will forsure look bigger but thank you for the viewship and the comment
I definitely should have gone with an epson printer. My Freejet broken down within the first month, took Omni another 2 months to try and diagnose the problem, and I finally had to ship the printer back to them. Faulty power supply and bad cables. And they are slow as hell nice video bro.
Yea honestly that’s whack! I wanted to help omni back then reach out make shit better but they tried to set me up on some bs so I declined shady company I wish I knew that going in honestly. Their printer did help me get to a certain Peking, but the printer broke down so much I had to learn how to fix myself and it shouldn’t have been like that. But I’m on to bigger better things
@@EverythingHarris yeah bro I’ve been having trouble dialing in my prints. When you were still running the Freejet did you stick with their brand of pretreat solution? Folks over at pearl said if I switched to firebird they would come out better.
@@TJsoco73579 I don't have the Freejet Plus but I swear by Firebird Universal or Vivid. I still think Omni Dark is good for fleece.
I want to know what the setting, i know you say lower quality but mine prints arent turning out nearly this vibrant.
What's the cost vs profit margin on this bad boy tee bro
How often do u have to refill the ink ?
What level In garment creator did you use? Once you get a conveyor dryer you'll really speed things up!
I was thinking about getting the conveyor belt but I don’t know which one to get lol got any recommendations also, I am using the neo rip software
Don't forget to compare the actual ink cost of the Epson DTG printer using cartridges VS the bulk ink system on the Freejet.
I hate having to purchase expensive ink cartridges.
Ahhh! I should’ve mentioned that in the video I’ll do a video on that as well.
@@EverythingHarris I would also love to see this. Thank you for all the informative information. I appreciate you.
Yes sir. i need some shirts. love them big prints. Go big or go home lol.
What software do you use with your F2100?
What PT are you using??
I'm thinking about getting a eppson 2100. do you still need a heat press for the shirts?
Hey Brother, that’s one hell of a great result!! But I noticed you didn’t use a pre treatment machine?? Or did you? I’ve been told for every tee except white you need to pre-treat (yet another high machine cost 😢). Would love to hear your opinion now you’re a pro! Thanks
Can I use a 2170?
I wonder how do you prevent those white speckles/spots appearing? What's your white level and density?
It has nothin to do with density levels, what you want to do is make sure your pressing your shirt on a heavy pressure when you curing the pre-treat
@@EverythingHarris Weird, I heard heavy pressure makes a nasty heat box when curing pretreat.
Do you also need a pretreatmaker for using the f2100? And do you know what is the difference to the f2100 5c?
Yes if you are doing direct to garment you need a pre-treater. Click the link the pre-treat links in my bio & There is no difference of the printers
@@EverythingHarrisdo u have any videos that show the full process from start to finish per shirt From pre treat to curing for timing purposes? I'm in NY and trying to see if I buy one how long would a bulk order ske if I had to do 25-50 shirts in a day maybe. Also cost of the ink or how much I'd need to even do that.
Brother I have a question…how much I should be charging for a shirt printed on DTG??for one logo and two logo…thanks
It all depends on the quantity and your area but I define my prices off of experience and the fact my shit is good lol but you get what I mean? Like can’t no soul tell you what you should be charging if your work is good. Then people are going to pay for it. If you are just starting get your feet wet with lower prices but when you get better ❤️🩹 ripple have to pay for quality.
@@EverythingHarris i usually work with the RTP shirts…the quality of that shirt is the best and my job 1 to 10 ..a nine..but some people is like cheap…I’m in NJ…but they get like crazy when I say $17 or $18 per shirt…so that’s why I asked..
I try to help everyone with prices but I can’t give my work away…What you do to have such a successful business?
what blanks do you use if you dont mind me asking?
What brand shirt did you say? I can't make it out
The shirt I printed on was Alstyle but they are now owned by American apparel.
@@EverythingHarris thank you! Are they already pretreated and do you have a link for the exact shirt?
@@loyaltyiskey these are not already pre-treat. There are some shirts out there that are already pre-treated called rtp apparel shirts. But I don’t have an official link to give because they are wholesale accounts but a quick google shirts will get you there
Hiiiiii, tentative new user here. What kind of shirt did u use? Does that also make a difference in color quality after wash?
In this video I used a Alstyle 1301 which is now the American apparel 1301. And quality of wash depends on how you treat the garment during the process of pre-treating and curing
Yes Im sorry I went back to the intro and heard the name again!! Wow thanks for responding so quickly lol . Subscribed!!!
I want to get one for my nephew but I’m a little hesitant b/c of the price.
They are pricey but you forsure gotta make sure you are printing on these machines
@@EverythingHarris they’re $10k now, what do you think...should I dive in on this one?
The only thing I didn't like about the F2100 was the cost of the ink. Over 200 dollars for 600ml. Have you found cheaper ink similar to the freejet?
@@EverythingHarris Wow. I'm regretting getting the freejet now. How maintenance/operating cost? Like head cleanings, primes etc. Is it cheaper? Thanks for the info!
@@EverythingHarris have you had any problems with image armor? im kinda scared to make the switch
@@AndresGarcia-nu3do yes I have! Stick with the original ink for now! I am looking into alternatives
Big bra omniprint got you on the website like you Endorse them I am really getting tired of on the prince print quality you Gotta do Hella shit just to make it look decent they never answer their phones and never give me a call back’s and they are quick to deny they printhead has a problem or the inks having problem.I need to Get rid of this machine causing me way too much problems I’m down now no money
Yes I am trying to get that removed that video was made on the chance of them sponsoring me I was completely fucked over my Victor Peña tried to give me a bullshit agreement and take over my channel. Wasn’t happening bro I’m done with that printer as well too! Customer service is unresponsive and they don’t call back until 1-2 weeks late! And yea I was spending to much money on the machine instead of it making money
Vic Pena just left the chat
