2. Forget about the innocent tribals, even the Tribal MLAs were not spared, one of them is still in a critical condition, who has been hospitalized since the past few days.
3. The commando/Arambai Tenggol leads the Meitei mob to burnt many villages in the hills.
5. The scene of Meitei volunteers, who were armed with sophisticated weapons, full of truck seems like Somalian crisis.

This fact can be substantiated by numerous video clips capturing the rally and testimonies from government officials and members of the press who covered the event. It is important to note that the rally concluded peacefully, with a speech delivered by the District Collector approximately 10 kilometers away from the location where the AK-47 was sighted.
Moreover, it should be acknowledged that there is evidence of the Meetei employing a 9mm pistol against the Kuki community, as captured in a video clip. It was only after this initial act of aggression and burning of houses by the Meetei, that the unidentified group with an AK-47 became involved, subsequently escalating the tension.
Planting another story with editing several times will NOT hide the TRUTHS. These video tapes are authentic and well analysed beyond doubt, you are trying to defend the indefensible by lies and misinformation.
CHIN KUKIS started attacking innocent unarmed MEITEIS civilians and village by using the pretext that the centenary GATE was burnt down but in reality the Video clips suggested that The IRON STRUCTURE with RCC foundation was being burned by KUKIS THEMSELVES by burning FOUR PIECES OF TYRES. The reason why women's are not included in the ongoing peace is largely due to their own caste system which was introduced by the mainland Hindus yet many of them are opposed to this idea of Hindusm. Before the introduction of hindu, the meitei have their own religion but after brainwashed by the mainland Hindus preacher the meiteis March towards irrawady river at sagaing(Burma/Myanmar)as the meiteis were told that all blessings will be attain if they bath in the irrawady river. My point is this is how people can be easily manipulated when religion is involved,when patriotism is involved,when they think their own people are at risk. At 21st century we are still fighting for religion,land,basic human rights etc India as a democracy country is a joke at this point.

I'm neither meitei nor kuki, and I'd like to share a general observation:
Meiteis like Nishikant, Bina, Pramot and the others I've seen aren't good at communicating in English. They've never exactly answered questions posed at them- far from satisfactory.
Whereas, kuki individuals such as Hangshing and the other I saw are forthcoming in their answers and satisfying.
I have an impression that kukis are fearless, intelligent, very well educated and classy.

Good that you are a student of political science; I'm sure you can see some sense in what's going on here.
The issue of 5lakhs plus illegal kuki immigrants as propounded by the meetei academicians and social scientists is just WRONG and fallacious. Here are some facts to shows how fallacious the above allegation is;
(i) the total population of the kuki community is hardly 5 lakhs so there is no way more than 5 lakhs kuki are illegal immigrants.
(i) out of the total 112 Indian freedom fighter for free India from the state of Manipur, an odd 80 of them are from the community. Hence, they are much more authentic Indians than any meetei persons commenting here. You know how supremely and highly regarded and decorated Indian freedom fighters are in other parts of the country. Further this also proves that the kuki population is already substantially high at the time.
(iii) There are officially 1000s of illegal metei immigrants who had fled to Myanmar instead of fleeing to Imphal during the current incident whereas none from the kuki community had fled to Myanmar. You can clearly see the double standards here of calling kuki as immigrants when the meetei are actually the one with the highest immigrants population.
(iv) hardly 500 illegal Burmese immigrants exist in Manipur and they are kept in refugee camp looked after by a sub committe headed by a state minister as entrusted by the GOI.
(v) none of these illegal immigrants are land owners so forget about them indulging in poppy cultivation. Hence, the allegations that illegal immigrants are indulging in poppy plantations nothing but pure propaganda.
Now, think with your intelligent mind and you can see clearly who is telling the truth and who us feeding misinformation to media. The true meetei are very kind and have courteous culture. The recent incident have tarnished their image, not because they are bad people but because they are silent against the atrocities melted out to the kuki community in their ethnic cleansing progrom. Peace ..
Let her vent. We all, on both sides of the political and social divide, need to air our grievances and long held grudges against each other. This tu tu - mein mein has been going on for a very long time but never publicly acknowledged.
Except for making a show and providing band-aid solutions each succeeding governments, both in the state and at the centre, have never seriously tried to look for ways to bring a permanent solution to the on-going conflicts in the state and in the region.

With the proxy war going on in neighbouring Myanmar the union government needs to do all it can to stabilize the situation in Manipur in the shortest possible time.
I used to admire this lady? Since she is meetei, she choose side and would used her status against tribals obviously.
If there is any fear coming from the Meitei community, its the fear that their overwhelming dominance in the state may be weakened with tribals slowly climbing the ladders of success in many areas. Not to mention their greed for more land for future security given that they control only 10% of the land in the state. However such fears are not legitimate fears as they are simply emerging from a desire to retain control and guarantee security for their future. Whereas, tribals have legitimate fears due to the fact that they have been discriminated and abused since the creation of the state. High time Meiteis resolve their irrational fears and religious hatred given that tribals too have equal and legitimate rights to development and inclusion into all areas of progress in the state.

As a result of wars between Meitei kingdom and the Konbaung dynasty between the 17th and 18th centuries, many Meiteis were resettled in the Burmese kingdom. Some Meitei settlements in modern-day Myanmar originate from the 1758-1759 war, and from the Burmese occupation of Manipur from 1819 to 1826. Alaungpaya, during the former campaign, resettled Meiteis in Sagaing and Amarapura.
So, now the real illegal immigrants are poking at the indigenous tribals of manipur as they had the advantage of huge numbers concentrated in the valley. Their way of livelihood and cultures are in line with the burmese. Their favorite cuisine is 'ngari or ngathu' is the exact replica of the burmese delicacy 'ngapik'

Upon reviewing her video, it becomes apparent that she fails to acknowledge the acts of arson, looting, and burning inflicted upon the tribal community, particularly in the capital city of Imphal. It is intriguing how she juxtaposes her campaign to vilify the Kuki tribals with her advocacy for women's rights. If her true intentions revolve around the promotion of democracy and human rights, she should urgently demand the resignation of Chief Minister N Biren Singh. It is under his leadership that Manipur has experienced a distressing segregation along communal lines, comparable to the partition of India in 1947, as stated by Dr. Bimol Akoijam, a Meitei scholar and faculty member at JNU.

The Tribals in Manipur made a mistake in accomodating the Meeteis who were refugees from Cachar after the 7 Years of roaming the wilderness. For some who don't know please search ***Chahi Taret Khuntakpa*** , now when you have the population (including huge Meetei population in Myanmar), you people are enjoying General, SC, OBC and EWS categories. Now demanding ST as well, when opposed then the radical Meetei people led by Arambai Tengol supported by the State forces went on a rampage, raping, burning houses and churches, killing women and children including old people. All video evidences are available. The BJP state govt should stop such madness. Don't act like the victims

Where were u and why are you silent about tribal women being raped and brutally killed in imphal valley. Old people of tribals who couldn't escaped were torced to death with their house😢. While all the meitei people young and old were well taken care of and evacuated safely. All women should condemn this irrespective of which community you belong. Tribals provided shelter and food to the stranded meiteis in the camp. God bless the tribals for their humanity.

Really a big problem is with both Metei kuki thinking they are obsessed with government jobs, too much unemployment, poverty and unhappiness in the state. Also I have observed behaviour of people in North East is not good...very rough unpleasant speech abuse and complaint. People really need to change their attitude.
