Perfect Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Recipe: Easy and Delicious!

- Welcome to This is R way! Today, we're baking a classic favorite: Pineapple Upside-Down Cake. This easy and delicious recipe will guide you through every step to create a perfectly caramelized, fruity cake that’s sure to impress. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1- 20oz can of pineapple slices cut in half, drain juice and save for later
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 box pineapple cake mix
1- 3.4oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Grenadine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with nonstick spray
Melt the butter and add brown sugar until combined. Pour into the pan.
Place the pineapple slices and cherries in alternating fashion in the bottom of the pan
In a large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, and oil.
Take the reserve pineapple juice and add grenadine to make 1 cup. Add to the cake mixture.
Pour cake mixture evenly over the pineapples and cherries.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes then carefully place a plate or a tray over the cake and flip the cake over on to the plate or tray
