I have a testimonial , today I was a bit lazy 🦥 I was actually tired when I woke up, I was not sure to go to gym or rest, then I heard Jocko Willink on the album say one second one, minute, can become eternity (I sleep with Absolute Motivation) hearing that as I woken up made me jump out of my warm bed, my husband said it seemed I saw a ghost 🤣, yho then I got ready and went to gym. I implemented the lessons I have been learning 1. focus on strength training, 2 stop chronic cardio, rather do HIT like on the bike go as a fast as you can for 30 sec rest two minutes do that until you're tired and stretch. I felt good afterwards amazed. 🥳😘 I am now fresh and ready to attack the day ready to crush this day
