The exceptions being the 3rd pv party which was completely safe and the CHP.98 Kotatsu being too strong.

Lul there's many funni things in this game, Sensei's real power is also drawing a card. Whenever we use it it'll cost our lives. Just like how we spend those pyrox or irl cards to swipe and win the game.
Her fortune is also shrouded with mystery: she's suspected to be a C&C maid infiltrating Abydos, possibly to keep tab on Kaiser Corp shenanigans in the area, keeping the school _barely_ afloat (with Hoshino refusing to let her use her fortune and powerful connections to fix everything).

But I rather think it's more logical for the devs to think of a potential transfer student into Abydos, and maybe this is a future reference for the school to be moving forward into a new and brighter future. Beside this game is far from over. We only got the 2nd ark of this game. There are more to come and more students for us to help too.
