it's idiotic to remove offline watching for windows , why am I even paying as much as I do if I consume netflix on pc ?? I don't wanna watch on phone screen
Great first video on the channel, Chris! I didn't know that you couldn't download content on Netflix if you have a Windows PC. I'd like to see future videos on how to get the most out of different products like your TV(across different brands) as well as soundbars and speakers.
Is it just me... watched this video and it does not help at all given the download feature is no longer. It seems you're speaking to what was available before Netflix removed the download feature. My downloads are gone. How can one watch "offline" if one can not download? Any assistance is appreciated.
Yes but this doesn’t address my issue. I have downloaded content for Apple TV, Netflix and prime video….i tried to use the content I downloaded and it didn’t allow me to because I wasn’t logged in. There isn’t a way as far as I can see to use the downloaded content without either cell data or WiFi.
You’d be surprised. A lot of folks missed that Netflix stripped the ability to download to PC and Mac and are getting caught unawares at an inopportune time.
Great tip, but you didn't include what application is required to view the downloaded content, how large the files are, and what format the content is being stored in.
@steveintexas6335 It's not streamed though, it's downloaded into your devices memory, so to clarify, as long as the App is open, you can watch content you downloaded, not off the servers, this allows you to download higher quality, without paying the Premium price...
@@bigcdubwell no that's not exactly correct you just need too go online too log in then turn your wifi or data off too watch all your movies you downloaded from Netflix watch offline
I didn't understand the need for this video. Do people not know about downloading shows on apps? This is like if they made a video of how to use a TV remote.
The fact that we cannot download anymore on windows pc is sincerely upsetting. So why can’t I use my laptop to watch my series offline anymore 🙁
oh so thats what happened. ive been searching where the button whent
real, it's disgusting
brooo that's why I have been looking for like 20 min for the button :( it's so stupid.
Netflix sucks 😞
why though
Netflix removing the option for offline viewing on PC is disgusting. Used it on an 18 hr flight recently and it was great.
innit like why remove it? I wouldn’t of thought they would be able to just take away a major feature like that and make people pay the same price.
@@tmm8111 exactly my thought
no way they remove the ability to download movies on windows right when I have a flight coming up

Thank you, great video! So the Netflix app will allow you to access the downloaded list while not on WiFi, correct?

There's no download button anymore. I can't watch netflix vids offline in my laptop. Is there an alternative way?
Revert back to the old version of app,
@@vikasnaithani Hello, How do i get the old Netflix App? Can you assist?

Lot ive videos say how too download videos from Netflix but your title is correct thank you for being honest 😊
Good job Chris, very polished.
Great job, Chris!
Bro just sail the seas
No Windows support is stupid and makes this useless.
Am I the only one with the new Netflix? It is now a red N the black is gone and nowhere to find the download option.
Same for me. I’m using an iPad and I just looked under the categories section and the “available for download” option isn’t there
If you're on WIndows it doesn't exist. Just found that out the hard way- super unhappy about it too.
Great video...thank you.
There is no categories drop down menu when I pull up Netflix on my MacBook browser.
Hey Chris. Thanks for that.

wtf? Why did they stopped allowing downloading in Windows?
Well if you're offline how do you log into netflix to watch your downloaded movie ?
Can't watch it offline, you must be online...
That's what I thought. Then the title is click bait .....
