Linz MARATHON 2024 | Running my FIRST ROAD MARATHON

Let's start this season off with my FIRST road MARATHON! I went to compete in Austrias second largest running festival, the LINZ Marathon (on April 7th, 2024).
In preparation of my upcoming 100K race in June (Mozart 100), I decided to participate in this epic marathon. I wanted to see how well my legs can handle a 40K straight running distance! And let me tell you, it was much harder than anticipated - and not only because of the crazy temperatures of almost 30 degrees Celsius (about 86 degrees Fahrenheit) in early April.
But overall it was an amazing race day! Come on and check out my experience.
It was a fantastic event with great organization and execution!
