mam agar electricity bill rent me rahne wale person name se hai or meter bhi landlord ne alag meter lga diya ho rent me rhne wale name se agar unko gst no. lena ho to wo apna rent agreement bna ke or electrcity bill lga ke apply kr skta hai kya
use iske liye landlord se n.o.c. ya kuch puchna to nhi hoga na mam
