Filipino singers for me are the most passionate in music if you dig deeper into PPOP and OPM you'll fall inlove coz they are very colorful and deep... those harmonies are so beautiful you rarely heard in kppop or American pop.. thank you.. please react more of ALAMAT
I love how you detail your observation and how you articulate them in words which no other video reviewers can. This song is so emotional and I get teary eyed whenever I listen to it. Their voices are so heavenly. I love your reaction. You got a new subscriber here. I'll be checking your other video reactions of Alamat. Keep it up. I appreciate you😍
Hi @javis5278 thank you for the kind words! I'm really glad you enjoyed the review and hope you enjoy the others. It's a great song so hopefully this and other reactions contribute to more success for the group. Thanks again, I appreciate it!
4:40 "Different story but it still connects." True, Bro. If I'm not mistaken, the stories are real experiences of the ALAMAT members. 2:13 Mo is about racism. 😔 2:35 Tomas' dad died 3 months before their 1st major concert, Ppop Con 2022. 🥺 6:06 "Unique way of illustrating colors." I agree also about this. Its not just the members who are improving but also the people behind the scenes: the music producers, MV directors, stylists, props maker, etc.
Hey @angelsusannoy899 thank you for adding this! It takes a lot of courage to sing and express real life moments in your art so I really appreciate them for that. And I agree about their team as a whole! I've been wondering what changes they may have taken in their approach, etc. Whatever it is, they're doing great. Thanks again!
@@Sid_Istorya Thank you for mentioning this! Saw someone else comment this as well, so I was able to update it. I appreciate it and glad you enjoyed the reaction.
Hi Joxcya! I read on Twitter from the director that this MV has something to do with Yearning even though your whole world is crumbling. So here are my theories and sone other people’s theories of the boy’s’ scenes…. RJi (the one busking with guitar) was robbed (of his earnings) and cheated on by his girl. Jao (knife on back) seems to have been backstabbed or have religious trauma and even if people want to help him out of it, he seems stuck in a cycle. Taneo (computer cafe) seems to be haunted by the death of a relationship, by memories of an ex; Mo (fish store) is alienated since he’s being discriminated because of his race and social status. Tomas (flowers) is still not over grieving the death of a loved one as grief comes in waves; lastly Alas (one with missing girl flyers) seems to have been ghosted by a girlfriend. All are yearning for an everlasting love but seem to be struggling to get there. While this song is about yearning, their previous song “Sa Panaginip Nalang” is about acceptance.
Hi @amgchainus, thank you for sharing this breakdown! I really appreciate it. This definitely makes sense for each member's scenes. It's a very thoughtful approach to a video to tell many stories in a short time but still tell them well and with such emotion. Again, thank you for sharing this information here :)
Backstory shared: Mo's scenes depicts the disadvantage / discrimination of the low social class & mixed blood in pursuing love here Alas injured his hand during the shoot, hence the unintentional blood in his scene Jao's scene is not fully explained, but candle, specifically the one he is holding, was explained as a prayer for a specific person, an act said to be commonly practiced in a prominent catholic church in the country It is connected w/ Sa Panaginip Na Lang. (I think this is the real life version of their story, which they wanted to escape through their dream) Always nice hearing your take on Alamat's songs. ^_^
Hi @mvmy6238 thank you for adding some backstory information. I didn't know about Ala's injury but hopefully he's ok. But they did great, even with that happening. Thanks for watching!
If my interpretation is correct, I relate well with Jao’s story angle. I believe the story is about the church/religion’s message of acceptance of people’s identity, and on the other hand, is condoning people’s choice to love and build a relationship/future/family with the person that their hearts belong to. 😢
Hi @mvbcustodio thanks for taking time to share this! It's definitely heartbreaking but I'm glad they were able to express it in such an artful way through their music. Thanks for watching!
Great reaction video from you as always. I appreciate your insights for this song/music video.

Walang Hanggang means everlasting that love last for a while
By the way, there's a typo in your video re: the title of the song. Correcting it might make the vid more visible to viewers :)
Oh snap, haha, thank you for pointing that out @kuzu_no_ha
