That’s unfortunate. With the cost of spaces and fuel your starting off in the hole @$200. Not to mention the time to load and reload getting there the day before or real early. I hope it improves.
30-35 years ago, it was cool to go if even just for browsing the car-corral and the vendor area. Would occasionally find some unneeded random part/s for either of my Plymouths. At the very least, I'd leave there with shrink-tube. A buddy will occasionally ask me to accompany him there. Unfortunately, I'll decline his offering. This footage just seems to be a "sign of the times" kinda thing. Thanx for the tour!👍
Yeah it's sort of a waste of money going to Pomona now I heard a number of vendors saying they don't know how much longer they will be selling there anymore since most people buy online and the cost just to get in is driving buyers and sellers away so I'm sure things will just keep getting worse if you look at other states swap meet videos there packed with buyers and vendors but they don't have the high cost of living we do so they can still enjoy SMH...
Correct. I didn’t even think about the high cost of living in CA. There are so many negative things happening in CA that affect every part of life. Even car swap meets are affected.
