    Ingredients :
    Potatoes- 15-20 nos.
    Boil the potatoes in Instant pot for 1 min in pressure mode. Quick release the pressure and place the pototoes in ice cold water to stop cooking the potatoes. peel the skin and cut each potatoes into 4 pieces and keep it aside.
    In a pan, add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds and let it splutter. Then add the chopped onions. Let it cook until translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste. Once the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste goes away, add the tomatoes and cook until mushy.
    Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder and little salt and cook until oil leaves the side. Then add the chopped potatoes and mix gently. Add little garam masala and mix. simmer for 10 minutes. Finally add the coriander leaves and turn of the heat.
    Yummy kalayana veetu potato curry is ready.
    Notes:
    1. Boil the potatoes just for 1 minute and immediately quick release the pressure. Else it overcooks and will becomes mushy.
    2. If you are using a normal pressure cooker. Cook for just 1 whistle and release the pressue.
    3. Let the masalas cook fully until the raw smell goes off. do not rush
