Hello This tutorial is for the migration of Products from BigCommerce to Shopify, which should also migrate any custom data as Metafields. If you mean to export Metafields from the Shopify store to a spreadsheet file then you sure can also do that with our app - matrixify.app/tutorials/how-to-manage-shopify-metafields/ For other app alternatives in Shopify, I would suggest reaching out to Shopify support directly as they have better knowledge of other apps in the Shopify system.
