Quick tip, always fold edges so that way you never have to cut completely perfect and it give the illusion that you spent hours wrapping it to make it perfect lol
Quicker tip: Do it however you want to because the person getting the gift isn't going to give a damn.
That's what my parents have always done and it stuck with me that's how I wrap gifts :)
