Driving from Tugu Jogja to Nanggulan - Yogyakarta 4K

Driving west of Yogyakarta city, Indonesia from Tugu Jogja to Nanggulan in Kulon Progo Regency passed through Jalan Godean and Ngapak Bridge (Jembatan Ngapak) that spans the Progo River connecting Sleman Regency (Minggir - Moyudan) with Kulon Progo Regency (Nanggulan).
Tugu Monument is a well-known landmark located in the center of downtown Yogyakarta. Tugu means monument which is usually built as a symbol of an area conceptualizing characteristics of that region. Because of its historical background, Tugu Yogyakarta has become a historical icon of the city. Tugu Yogyakarta is located right in the middle of the intersection between Mangkubumi Street, Sudirman Street, A.M Sangaji street, and Dipenogoro street in the city.
Nanggulan is sub-district located in Kulon Progo Regency. Kulon Progo Regency is one of the four regencies within the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The regency's name stems from the fact that it is situated to the west (in Javanese "kulon") of the Progo River. It is true Kulon Progo Regency has many allures aside from natural tourism. For instance, it is known for its Batik fabric called Sekar Niti. In fact, tourists may find lots of home industries scattered in almost all villages, especially Nanggulan sub-district. Another fact is that many locals work as Batik makers, so tourists are able to watch the making process directly.
