Great information but it is very limited in terms of scope. The banking industry has much more verticals in terms of business generating units than just retail/consumer banking (The vertical you explained). The banking system constitutes of Retail, SME, Commercial, Corporate, Treasury and Investment banking groups which essentially drive revenue for the bank. I believe discussing all these other avenues of entering in to banking industry would have helped listeners aswell. Nevertheless, good video!

Bankers in Pakistan earns monthly around 2 to 10 lakh or even more depending on their position and experience. When I say bankers I meant people with finance/economics and MBA background. I think Junaid who commented this is talking about other staff.
