This podcast is like putting together a giant puzzle. Each guest comes on and adds a piece of knowledge we didn’t know. Sometimes, like this episode you hear some of the same stories told by previous guests. Confirming the puzzle’s authenticity. My fav podcast!👏🏾👏🏾🔥🔥
No really. Hearing B.Cox version of how Emancipation of Mimi came about then hearing Johnta Austin part and hearing these two pop up in countless stories. Just awesome and very authentic cuz the storytelling is always consistent with with guests
I didn’t know this man prior to this interview but I’m rooting for him in all that he does from here on out… he seemed sincere and honest and that’s what’s needed in music.
Man this reminded me of Relationships I've had with people where I've over extended my Loyalty and got paid dust. I loved hearing his stories, I hope his journey is continued with success.
This man had a lot of lows, he’s a very resilient person, stood on business at all times, the side of the business you don’t ever hear about. Thank you for this podcast.
Most of these writers and producers have alot of low. He ain't special. The difference between him and most is they don't usually publicly speak on then especially if it makes others look bad
I'll say it again, it's the writers and producers for me. Every time a guest is introduced who is not widely known... here comes the comments. I wish people knew that our knowledge, or lack there of, of a guest does not determine whether or not she/he is worth interviewing. Everyone has a story to tell. Thank you, Donnie, for keeping it 💯. Salute Donnie and R&B Money!

Also love the fact that he chose to build a WOMAN vs. a man. I reallllly enjoyed watching this episode. Thank you Donnie Scantz. You just gave me some new inspo!
So many lessons to take from his story. A lot of people are going to learn from his candidness. Gotta make sure the reciprocation and loyalty given is assessed with discernment. Truth is everyone doesn’t have your best interest at hand. No matter how tight u think you are. But if you sow good seed, good harvest will always come back to you.
ScantzMan made me want to cry listening to his story and how he emotionally shared it. The lows kept getting lower and more heart breaking. The pain he was in telling the story seemed to finally disappear as the story left him. Hats off to Team R&B Money for having these insightful, couch conversations that are needing on so many levels. The mental space that these beautiful artists leave in must be so damn amazing. Looking forward to the next one!!

This interview was definitely on time!!! The journey is never easy but if you love it (whatever that is) it’ll never stop tapping and tugging at your heart! Thank you for the transparency and recording receipts Donnie 😂
I think the brother was and is way to humble. This feels like an example of shrinking yourself just enough to be overlooked because you think you’re beneath a timbaland. You gotta know how dope you are so you don’t slip through the cracks.
@jakehill2010 sign of a good teacher is that the students surpass the master. That's not disrespect, it's an honor. Leaving the world better than you found it. We hold people in high regard but they would not do the same. Timbaland knew the song was Donnie's and "improved" it. Would Tim be so appreciative if a better producer took his beat and made it their own and did not credit him? Probably not.
