Thanks for sharing this recipe. I made it. Leaving it over night to marinade. It's tender, healthy and delicious. I will never give my kids frozen store bought chicken strip/nuggets Again. My children enjoyed it. 😋🙏❤️
sad or stupid Hi lovely! I would start by 1.) making sure you press down your breading into the chicken very well. 2.) Make sure the oil is very hot and not cold when you add the chicken. 3.) Once you let your chicken into the hot oil avoid moving them around until it’s time to turn them. Let me know if that helps! 🤗
Chrisdrau that’s what I keep thinking about all these comments, must be a bunch of inexperienced cooks. @Retrobytes not having exact measurements won’t ruin a dish if you just eye it and season to taste, just look out not to under-season or over-salt otherwise it won’t make a huge difference to guess.
Hi, no videos for a few years - Im glad about that because its all wrong , does not tell you amount of seasoning ,no system laying out plates season first - into buttermilk and then the flour nearest the stove top .......
No need to be mean lol. I hope you’re at least 12 so you have an appropriate excuse to act so immature and sour. You must never have cooked a day in your life to need measurements for something so simple. Season to your taste, no need for someone to tell you to a tablespoon of salt for two cups of flour.

Hi, thank you for watching! I actually used a whole new clean cooling rack as i mentioned in the video. It was not the same one I used for the raw chicken. 😊

Ummmm so yummy 😋
It’s so good, it’s literally my go to recipe for chicken nuggets/tenders

Thank you finally someone said not on high i had oil going every where
How u made your buttermilk ?
yummy
How do u made your buttermilk? ,and the ingredients 1 tablespoon or teaspoon u have not mention the quantity ?
Can you just use milk?
Omg looks bomb 🔥😥 great vid kat👌
Joshua Cantoral Thank you so much for watching! Glad you enjoyed 🤗
Looks bomb minus the messy flour on the plate method.
All I could think was move the plate over
Lol same
Yes
For real bro, who does that...
Lmfao I Know Right. I was so mad. I clicked off after that.
Chicken strips your the cook. Anyone ask, Fried Chicken
Why not make it easier fro yourself, and place the plate with the flour mixture in the centre? Other than that, it all looks great.
Kat your so sweet.🥰
Great video but what are the measurements of the ingredients
It looks like equal parts of all the seasonings. The amount of flour and buttermilk doesn’t matter since you’re just using it to batter the chicken
so.. how much of the spices? 1 tsp? 1 tbsp?
It looks like she used 1 tbsp but idk
Just season to taste. But it looked like 1 tablespoon, won’t make much of a difference if you just guess around that amount.
Sometimes the breading falls off in the pan, even when I leave them alone, what can I do to avoid this?

Could you add the dry spices for the chicken into the buttermilk? Seems like it would save a step.
@@Carol-D.1324 it would mostly fall off
😍😍
Sorry recipe lacks ratios and leaves soggy breading. Needs more understanding on amounts
Just season to taste
Always fun to watch a novice 😂
Thanks good recipe, cell phone might bail you out the next time the mic goes out
gmayo114 Thanks for the tip! Jeje sorry for the inconvenience & thank you for stopping by. 😊
you’re so pretty and these look amazing
Awe thank you! 😊 and thanks for watching! Hope you make them and love them as much as I did!
There are no measurements given, how much of everything?
id not list measurements of ingredients
Just eyeball it and add seasonings that you like. You don't need to do everything step by step.
