The kitchen design/finish, specially the placement of the sink is sub-par. Balconies are not wide enough to place any furniture. Bathrooms do not have any storage for toiletries. I would not consider this a penthouse which usually is the epitome of luxury. This is not a penthouse. It's an apartment with access to the rooftop. Disappointing.

My biggest concern about this project is long term maintenance.
Sir flat size is too small parking area is big loan is very big but very disappoint in flat size balcony size
The anti clockwise stairs are very very bad for health and prosperity of the family
That 4 bedroom consists of the same
