Thank you, Karl, for watching. So true, everything is new in the Philippines for us and we are excited to explore. I bet 2nd time when we come back, we will cover different locations too.
Your now in bohol so quick to reach the place..Many scenery you can explore in bohol..Have fun and enjoy your journey..The weather is unpredectable cause there's a low pressure had just passby in the country. Stay safe and take good care to you all.
As portable meals, buy some cup noodles (you can always request or pay for hot water from any house by the road). match them with any of the local rice cakes and pastries ("kakanin"). For snacks, ask the locals for dried fruits, nuts, biscuits, resealable fruit drinks, and candy. Always bring bottled water even if you don't expect to need it.
To stressy this one day trip from cebu to bohol and same way back. I recom to allways calculate 1 whole day travel from A to B. Even better to explore Bohol seperatly and spend a view night on this amazing island! Tipp for ferrys: never book Aircon/imdoor seats. You know why! ;) But even you have them booked already, you can move to the outdoor deck witch is way more convinient and, in the other hand, cool place to take pics.
Hello! you can see the real chocolate hills during dry season like rows of chocolates, anyway it never change its size & shape on wet season but onky its color.
Chocolate hills does look very nice on a sunny day but even then after 10 minutes there's not really much to do there but nice to tick it off the bucket list. I do like Bohol but it is even better if you get nice weather. I'm sure you two will have a fabulous time and will be made very welcome by the happiest people on the planet.
