I’ve seen Lee Sungyoung teach numerous idols…he’s never broken a sweat. 30 minutes with BTS and he’s rethinking his entire life😂 I would definitely recommend doing flying yoga. I’ve been doing it for years, it’s so much fun, peaceful, and a stress reliever for me. Improves your strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. I knew my king Jimin would body this. Cuz honestly what can this man not do. His core strength, body control, and flexibility is insane and never fails to amaze me. He’s been dancing for nearly his entire life and his martial arts came in handy. The way he silently did everything perfectly! Also I love how you can see Jimin’s beautiful lines and perfect placement, due to his training as a contemporary dancer. If art and perfection was a person it would be Park Jimin! I fear this is the closest I’ll ever get to seeing Jimin perform silk ariel dance.
Tubatu had the same instructor when they did flying yoga as well. That man has the patience of a saint. You'll be pleased to know that Soobin was the ace of the group. XD
